We have been living here since the apartments opened and have had an awesome experience. The apartments are decorated beautifully, nice appliances and provide good living space. The staff is very friendly, the place is kept incredibly clean, and the location is awesome. Right in the heart of LP and close to red/brown lines, bus stops and Divvy stops in the summer too.

The nicest luxury apartments in the heart of Lincoln Park. After shopping around the neighborhood for a 1-2 bedroom, nothing else came close to it for the price. It includes all amenities(gym,lounge,game room,pool, 4 bbq stations, and the best view of Chicago). Couldn’t be happier to be able to come home to a nice and peaceful place like here.

I have been very impressed living at Lincoln Common. My unit was very well designed, especially for a studio. I was particularly impressed with the appliances (freezer w/ ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, smart thermostat).

I was very impressed with the ease of moving in. The security and all staff members are very kind and are always willing to help in any way they can. Tehaera gave us a tour of the entire building and she was fantastic. The rooftop pool and all of the amenities are kept sanitary and in great condition. With COVID going on, everyone was very accommodating. The apartment community is also very friendly and the atmosphere throughout the grounds is perfect.

The staff on site is very helpful and always smiling and cheerful. The maintenance and grounds people are very nice as well. Overall this apartment community is filled with friendly neighbors, a great location and amazing amenities! I couldn't recommend any other place than Lincoln Commons more. A+
